RoastPlan Partner Program

The RoastPlan Partner Program pays cash commissions for new customers you refer to roastplan.com. Your specific terms (rate, attribution window, approval window, payout method) are confirmed when your application is approved and shown in your partner dashboard; the defaults are 20% of a referred customer's first order (coffee value after discounts, excluding shipping and any taxes), a 30-day attribution window, and a 30-day approval window. Referred customers additionally receive $10 of RoastPlan account credit at signup, granted once per customer.
A partner participates in exactly one RoastPlan program at a time: this cash affiliate program or the customer referral-credit program — not both. If you also hold a personal RoastPlan customer account with a referral code, conversions where your own customer referral code is entered are credited to the referral-credit program, not this one.
Clicks on your links attribute a customer to you for your attribution window, on a last-touch basis among partner signals. Partner codes are attribution codes, not discount codes; typeable codes are enabled per placement, and exclusive discount offers exist only by direct arrangement with us. If a customer enters another customer's referral code at signup after clicking your link, that customer receives their expected referral bonus and your commission still applies. If they enter a different partner's code, the entered code takes the conversion. Gift-card redemptions never create or transfer attribution. Each customer can be attributed to at most one partner, once.
Commissions accrue when the referred customer's first order is successfully charged, and are approved after the approval window if the order was not refunded or cancelled. Refunded orders void the related commission; if a refund happens after a commission was already paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout. Fully-discounted orders and orders that collected no payment earn no percentage commission. Conversions arising from leaked, scraped, or coupon-site-distributed codes may be held for review and voided.
Approved balances of $50 CAD or more pay out monthly (first week, for the prior month), by Interac e-Transfer to your payout email unless otherwise agreed. Smaller balances roll forward. Before cumulative earnings reach $400 CAD we will request your legal name and mailing address for Canadian tax reporting (T4A); payouts pause at $400 until provided.
Disclose your material connection to RoastPlan wherever you promote us (per the Competition Act and Ad Standards guidance — e.g. “#ad” or an affiliate disclosure). Don't bid on “RoastPlan” or confusingly similar terms in paid search; don't represent yourself as RoastPlan; don't use spam, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or self-purchases (commissions on your own orders are void). Coupon/deal sites may only list codes we issue to them directly; seeding your own codes to coupon aggregators is a material breach.
Either side can end participation at any time. Approved, unpaid commissions earned before termination are paid on the normal schedule unless termination was for fraud or material breach of these terms, in which case unpaid commissions are forfeited. We may pause links (stopping new attribution, honouring the existing pipeline) while investigating anomalies.
We may update program terms with notice to your contact email; changes apply to future attributions, never retroactively to accrued commissions. Questions: team@roastplan.com.
