We roast to order on the Saturday before your scheduled delivery. Make changes, pause or skip before Saturday 10 a.m. Toronto time. Later changes apply to a future roast.

Common questions

Do you offer a decaf coffee subscription?
Yes, you can build a plan with decaf from the current selection. Check the available coffees here or in the builder, then choose each coffee’s roast, grind, and amount from its listed options.
Which decaf coffees do you have?
This page shows the decaf currently available to subscribe to. Open a coffee for its origin, tasting notes, and any listed processing details. Availability and decaffeination process are specific to the coffee.
Can I mix decaf and regular coffee in one plan?
Yes. Add both to the same plan and choose their amounts separately. They share your delivery frequency, while each keeps its own roast and grind selections.
Can I choose the grind for decaf?
The decaf coffee’s configuration shows its available grind settings. Choose the option for your brewer or whole beans for grinding at home, then review the selection before adding it to your plan.
Can I stop or pause a decaf subscription?
You can pause or skip ahead of the Saturday 10 AM cutoff for your delivery, and request cancellation at any time without a cancellation fee. A delivery already in progress still goes ahead, with any payment due.
