Getting started

What makes RoastPlan different?

Control. You choose the roast level, grind size, and quantity for every coffee in your plan, then change any of it until the Saturday 10 AM cutoff. Everything is roasted to order, never pre-roasted or warehoused, and you can pause, skip, swap, or cancel anytime.

Can I try before subscribing?

Yes. Set up a one-time delivery through RoastPlan to try the service, or order individual bags from roastaroma.com to taste the coffee first.

How much does a subscription cost?

Your plan sets the price: the coffees, quantities, and frequency you choose; there's no membership fee. Sunday hand-delivery is free in Ajax, Whitby & Pickering, and standard shipping is free over $60. The builder shows live pricing for your address.

How it works

What's the weekly cycle?

Thursday evening you get a preview of your upcoming delivery. Until Saturday 10 AM everything stays editable: coffees, roasts, grinds, grams. We roast Saturday morning, hand-deliver Sunday nearby, and dispatch Monday everywhere else.

Do I need to confirm every week?

No. Your plan runs on its own. The Thursday preview keeps you in the loop, and you only step in when you want something different. Your card isn't charged until roast day.

How often will I receive coffee?

Weekly, or every two, three, four, five, or six weeks. Every delivery rides the same Saturday roast cycle, so a longer gap never costs you freshness.

Customization

What can I customize?

Per coffee: the coffee itself, the roast level, the grind (whole bean or matched to your brewer), and the quantity, from a 200g minimum with no maximum. Plus delivery frequency, address, and instructions.

When and how can I make changes?

Anything, anytime before the Saturday 10 AM cutoff, from the link in your Thursday preview or your account dashboard. Changes apply to your next delivery.

Can I pause or cancel anytime?

Yes. Pause, set a resume date, skip a single delivery, or cancel entirely. Changes take effect before the next Saturday 10 AM cutoff. No cancellation fees, no hoops.

How fresh is the coffee?

Your coffee is roasted Saturday morning, after the Saturday 10 AM cutoff. Hand-delivered Sunday nearby, or dispatched Monday and at your door in 2-4 business days. Nothing is pre-roasted or warehoused.

What type of coffee do you use?

Specialty-grade only: seasonal single origins from premier farms, profiled per coffee and quality-checked every batch.

Where do you deliver?

Everywhere in Canada. Ajax, Whitby & Pickering get free Sunday hand-delivery; the wider GTA gets Sunday delivery with a small fee; everywhere else ships Monday and arrives in 2-4 business days, free over $60.
