Getting started

What makes RoastPlan different?
RoastPlan is a coffee subscription from RoastAroma in Ajax, Ontario. Choose your coffees, their available roast and grind options, and how much you want. We roast to order for your scheduled deliveries, with time to change your selection before the Saturday 10 AM cutoff.
Can I try before subscribing?
You can buy individual bags from roastaroma.com to taste the coffee before choosing a subscription. RoastPlan is our recurring delivery service.
How much does a subscription cost?
You pay for the coffees and amounts in each delivery, with no membership fee. Your chosen frequency sets how often you receive and pay for them. Sunday hand-delivery is free in Ajax, Whitby & Pickering. Courier orders with a coffee subtotal of $60+ get up to $10 off shipping. The builder shows coffee pricing and delivery costs for your address.

How it works

What happens before a delivery?
Before a scheduled delivery, you receive a Thursday evening preview. Make changes by Saturday 10 AM, then we roast to order on Saturday. Local hand-deliveries go out Sunday; courier orders dispatch Monday.
Do I need to reorder?
No. Your subscription repeats at the frequency you choose, so you only need to step in when you want a change. You add a payment method at signup, and your card isn't charged until roast day.
How often will I receive coffee?
Choose weekly delivery or every two, three, four, five, or six weeks. We roast to order for each scheduled delivery. You can change the frequency as your routine changes.

Customization

What can I customize?
Choose each coffee, its available roast and grind options, and the amount you want. Each coffee has its own minimum quantity, shown when you select it. You also choose delivery frequency, address, and instructions.
When and how can I make changes?
Use your account dashboard or the link in your delivery preview. Make changes before Saturday 10 AM for a scheduled delivery. Once that delivery is in progress, changes apply to a later delivery.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes, with no cancellation fee or minimum number of deliveries. Pause or skip before the Saturday 10 AM cutoff for your scheduled delivery. You can request cancellation at any time, but a delivery already in progress will still go ahead, including any payment due, before the plan ends.

How fresh is the coffee?
We roast your coffee to order in Ajax, Ontario on Saturday, after the Saturday 10 AM cutoff. Local hand-deliveries go out Sunday; courier orders dispatch Monday. Your address quote shows the delivery estimate.
What type of coffee do you use?
Specialty coffee roasted by RoastAroma in Ajax, Ontario. Browse each coffee's origin, tasting notes, and available roast options to find something you would like to drink. Decaf is listed alongside the rest of the current selection.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Canada. Sunday hand-delivery is free in Ajax, Whitby & Pickering, with paid hand-delivery available to eligible addresses within 45 km of Ajax. Courier shipping serves other areas. Enter your address in the builder to see available services and prices.
