We roast to order on the Saturday before your scheduled delivery. Make changes, pause or skip before Saturday 10 a.m. Toronto time. Later changes apply to a future roast.

Common questions

Can I cancel my coffee subscription anytime?
Yes. Request cancellation from your account at any time, with no cancellation fee. A delivery already in progress will still be fulfilled, including any payment due, and then the plan ends. Cancel before the Saturday 10 AM cutoff to stop the next scheduled delivery.
Is there a minimum number of deliveries?
There is no required number of deliveries. Each coffee does have a minimum quantity, shown when you select it. RoastPlan repeats at your chosen frequency until you pause or cancel; it is not a one-time order.
How do I pause or skip a delivery?
Open your account to pause the plan, set a resume date, or skip an individual delivery. Make that change before Saturday 10 AM for the scheduled delivery you want to stop.
Do I still get to customize?
Choose your coffees and their available roast and grind options, then set the amount for each and the frequency for your plan. You can revise those choices before an upcoming delivery’s cutoff.
What do I pay for?
You pay for your selected coffee and any delivery cost shown in the builder, with no membership or cancellation fee. Sunday hand-delivery is free in Ajax, Whitby & Pickering; eligible addresses within 45 km of Ajax can choose it for an address-based fee. Courier orders with a coffee subtotal of $60 or more receive up to $10 off shipping, and you pay any remainder.
